Raised Ridge Loft Conversion
Here, you can see pictures of a completed above garage extension, carried out in Holystone. This customer had recently purchased a new 3-bedroom Persimmon home, having unfortunately been unable to buy the 4-bedroom they’d wanted. Therefore, we put in for planning permission to raise the roof and create an attic with an ensuite. It worked out cheaper than buying a 4-bedroom home, and the customer also benefited from two small dormer windows to the rear.
