How long will it take to build?

This will depend on your particular project; we will be able to give you our best estimate of completion time once the scale of the work has been determined. We appreciate that completing work as efficiently as possible is often a high concern for our customers, and therefore we will do all that we can to accommodate your concerns. Because we ensure that we follow all building regulations, whilst simultaneously following current health and safety codes, larger projects can take time to complete. You can be certain though that we will always complete our work as efficiently as possible and provide an honest estimate of completion time.

Will I need planning permission?

This will depend entirely on the type of work you have in mind. Rest assured though that, when desired, Aston Construction (NE) Ltd. will always be able to advise and deal with all aspects relating to planning permission on your behalf.

How much disruption will be caused to my home?

We always look to minimise disruption for our customers, making the experience as hassle-free as possible. For some projects, it can be impossible to produce no mess whilst completing your work, but rest assured that our dedicated team always clean up after themselves.
